The tea-bagger is bagged, 2yr prison sentence to be doled out

Brian Downing of Smith Stations Alabama entered a plea deal moments before trial was set to begin for the January 9th 2012 “tea-bagging” of an unconscious LSU fan after Alabama’s 21-0 victory over the tigers.  He pled guilty to sexual obscenity which he faces prison time for, but he avoided trial, possible much longer prison sentence and having to register as a sex offender.  Downing is set to be formally sentenced on November 29th.  Judge Karen Herman said she will sentence downing to 2 years in prison and recommend he be placed in a boot camp run by prison officials.  He may be eligible to be released in as soon as 9 months.  Downing still faces a civil lawsuit from the victim.  LSU and Alabama will meet again on November 3rd in Baton Rouge, LA.  This time drunken fans will probably keep their junk in their pants.
